This website has a contact form. If you fill it in, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type into it. We also record which page of this site you sent it from, and a scrambled version of your internet address that we use to block spam (see "Technical logs" below) — and nothing else. The site runs no analytics or tracking and sets no cookies of its own, so simply reading these pages tells us nothing about you.
We use those details for one thing: getting your enquiry to us so we can reply about the work you're asking about. We don't sell them, and we don't add you to any marketing list.
Your message goes to Fenwright Electrical, and to Jenny Sites, who build and run this website for us and pass the enquiry on for us to answer. Getting it to us by email uses Resend, a specialist email company, which handles the message on its way through and keeps it only as long as delivery takes. Nobody else receives it.
We keep enquiries for 90 days after they arrive — so there's time to reply and arrange the work — and then they are deleted automatically. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, just ask: call us on 07752 406001, or email Jenny Sites at hello@jennysites.com, and your name, contact details and message will be removed.
If you'd rather get in touch by phone instead, calling 07752 406001 or messaging on WhatsApp happens through your own phone — we don't see or store anything about those conversations through this website.
This site sets no cookies, and it loads nothing from any other website — its words, pictures, map and fonts all come from this site itself, so simply reading these pages tells no one else about your visit.
Buttons on this site that say "Call" or "WhatsApp" open your own phone's calling or messaging app — we're not involved in, and don't see, anything that happens after that.

When someone sends the contact form we also store a scrambled, one-way version of their internet address, purely so we can block spam. It can't be turned back into the original address, and we never keep the address itself.
